Before sending your messages to Microsoft Azure for AI processing, our servers anonymise your message by removing any identifying information to protect your identity.
3. Secure Storage:
After processing, messages are stored securely within protected cloud infrastructure (currently hosted on Supabase).
4. Professional Standards:
All employees who have access to user data must:Sign comprehensive confidentiality pledges recognizing the trust you place in us;Follow strict data handling protocols, including accessing only the minimum necessary data and never attempting to identify users;Use secure and authorised communication channels;Face serious consequences for any violations, including immediate termination and potential legal action.
